As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to take the opportunity to thank you all for your commitment to our school and your child’s education. It is an understatement to say that we are living in unusual times and your willingness to continually support your child is a great source hope for the Church.
Dear Families, November is a time of prayer, remembrance, and thanksgiving. Today we celebrate and remember the life of those who have gone before us into His Heavenly Kingdom.
October is the Month of the Rosary. The Holy Father Pope Francis invites all the faithful, of all the world, to pray the Holy Rosary during the entire Marian month of October. Let us join together in communion and in penitence, as the people of God
This week we celebrate Fr. Diego, our pastor, for his commitment to service for 25 years! We have been blessed to have him as part of our St. Hilary Family since 2015. As the years have passed, he has become more involved in our school- donating to clubs, sponsoring students, and advocating for Catholic Education during Masses. Let us give thanks!
This week we prepare to celebrate our outstanding students who go above and beyond the expectations with consistency and grace. All our students have come a long way and have learned so much during virtual learning- even outside of academics. They have learned how to be patient, kind, resourceful, independent problem solvers. I am so proud of them all. St. Hilary Cougars “learn, serve, lead, succeed.”
As we begin a new week of virtual learning together, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you. Our parents and guardians have been our partners during this time. I am honored to serve a community so full of faith and love for our school.
I hope you had a restful summer break and are as excited to start the new school year as I am. We have been working hard to prepare for the new school year and can’t wait to begin virtually on August 24th. We know your child’s education is an important investment and we are committed to providing the best faith-filled education possible.
